A former Teach for America Corps member, Anna Handy taught in the Metro Nashville school district before becoming a fifth grade teacher at LEAD Prep Southeast in Nashville this year. She earned her bachelor's from Indiana University in Cognitive Science and English and is currently pursuing a master's in education through Lipscomb University. She enjoys teaching interdisciplinary science and helping students grow into lifelong learners.
