Matt Richmond is the Chief Program Officer at EdBuild. Previously, his most recent work was in central Africa consulting on civil-service reform through a Fulbright Fellowship. Matt helped found the nonprofit Lisha Mtoto Initiative ("Feed the Child" in Swahili) in Nairobi, Kenya, and worked at the Thomas B. Fordham institute, where he published research on school staffing and special education.
