Nina D. Sánchez

Nina D. Sánchez has dedicated her career to ensuring that first-generation and underrepresented students have the support they need to get to and through college. She began her work in direct service to students and subsequently moved into roles designing, implementing and scaling effective programs aimed at dramatically increasing the number of students who persist through college. In her work with Teach for America, Nina serves as both the director of culture and the regional lead of diversity, equity and inclusiveness. She engages in the strategic planning, design and execution of leadership development programming for the organization.
