Lynette Guastaferro is the chief executive officer of Teaching Matters, a nonprofit that increases teacher effectiveness to improve student success. She has more than 20 years of experience in education and possesses a unique blend of education, non-profit and private-sector experience. Lynette has worked as a classroom teacher, a school-network leader and a senior management consultant for Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC). She holds an master's in business administration from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree from Williams College.
