Elsa Duré is the CEO of Rhode Island Mayoral Academies (RIMA), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the growth of public charter schools and building district-charter collaborations across Rhode Island. Duré holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in urban education policy from Brown University. She is also a 2015 Pahara NextGen Leader, a program of the Aspen Institute, as well as a member of the city of Providence's Ethics Commission.
