Kayla Morse Higgs

Kayla Morse Higgs is manager of teaching and learning for the Zeroing in on Math initiative with EdVestors, a nonprofit school improvement organization. Kayla has served as a Boston Public Schools’ math facilitator and teacher leader, and an elementary educator in Boston Public Schools. She has been featured in the digital edition of "Educational Leadership" magazine and collaborated with other Boston educators to write "Schools That Heal," a published policy recommendation paper for both state and district stakeholders. Kayla is an alumna of the University of Florida with a bachelor's in family, youth and community sciences, and a graduate of the Boston Teacher Residency Program with a master's in education, specializing in elementary and special education.
