Wing Yi Chan

Wing Yi Chan, Ph.D., is the Director of P-12 Research at the Education Trust. At the Education Trust, she helps to develop and execute a research agenda that promotes racial equity in P12 education to ensure that all students, including students of color and students from low-income backgrounds, have all the resources and opportunities to succeed and thrive. Prior to joining the Education Trust, she worked as a behavioral scientist at the RAND Corporation. She was also a faculty member at Georgia State University. Dr. Chan holds a doctorate degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and public health from the University of Washington.
