Runal Patel

Runal Patel is an ambitious senior at Maine West High School who hopes to dedicate himself to helping others via public service. Beginning in 2015, Runal has served as webmaster and consultant to the Park Ridge Civic Orchestra. In 2016, Runal began his work in politics interning for various political campaigns and organizations including a successful campaign for the United States House of Representatives. Runal has achieved first place in the state of Illinois for two events in DECA, has been designated an Illinois State Scholar, and serves in a leadership role in his high school's choir program, model UN, variety show, DECA, National Honor Society, and various honor societies. Runal hopes to attend college next year studying political science and economics to help him begin a career in public service. In his free time, Runal enjoys singing with friends, discussing politics, trying new restaurants, and exploring the city of Chicago.
