Rachael Mahmood

Dr. Rachael Mahmood is a fifth grade teacher in a large school district outside of Chicago. In addition to teaching, she designs and delivers equity workshops, and shares ideas, lessons, and frameworks for culturally responsive teaching on her website and her YouTube channel. In 2020, Dr. Mahmood was featured in the Chicago Tribune: Naperville Sun paper, and recognized as a semi-finalist for the Teaching Tolerance Award for Teaching Excellence.
